joanna szproch
joanna szproch (b. 1979, warsaw) is a berlin-based artist, mother, and art facilitator working across self-portraiture, performance, photography, and participatory projects, rooted in care, relationality, and eco-conscious art commoning that integrates the human within a wider web of life.

joanna szproch opens a 16-year archive of instax monotypes — materialised moments and intentions — never reviewed as a whole until now. she plays with sequence live — image next to image, each shifting meaning depending on its neighbor, like colors in conversation — discovering and recomposing the story as she goes. adapted to the garage, the evening also carries a quiet echo of her own old memory, spent in her grandmother's garage discovering treasures from her early childhood and her mother's youth. visitors are invited to become part of its continuation through live portrait sittings.
