graw böckler's film documents a journey to an magical pacific island in the bay of arauco and the shooting of a collectively made super 8 film. the islanders harvesting seaweed and the animals roaming freely on the island are just as much the focus as the ambitious film collective. excursions, shared meals, planning, filming and the self-reflection of the group members become absurd theatre and material for creative experimentation.
